I’m not just a nutrition professor and certified wellness coach — I’m also a working parent who knows the guilt of constantly “starting over on Monday.”

Its incredibly frustrating to constantly be working towards the body of my dreams for it to only get squashed because I ran out of time in my day.

That cycle was exhausting. And I wanted no part of it anymore.

I realized that I do not want to constantly force myself to have the discipline to stick to my diet when the world is constantly coming at me from all directions and all I want is a martini and to veg on the couch….

I just needed a better way. A better system. One that made sense to my busy life.

And once I built it. It lasted for over a decade (and counting!).

So for the past 10 years, I’ve helped thousands of busy professionals and parents build that system – healthy habits that finally stick — even when life feels chaotic and overwhelming.

My mission is simple: to take away your stress and give you back your energy, confidence, and that body you keep dreaming of.
